The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled by us.
Non-returnable items: Digital downloads, personalized/custom products, and final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be received and inspected before approval.
Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing varies by bank/payment provider).
Store Credit: Option available upon request for faster resolution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).
Original shipping fees (except for errors on our part).
